Does More Than a Fad take second-hand item donations?

Yes! You can drop off your donations at the store on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays between 10AM and 2PM, as that is the time we schedule a bigger volunteer team to accept new donations.

Before you come, please check our do’s and don’ts and instructions for donating.

Does More Than a Fad accept returns?

All sales at More Than a Fad are final, with the exception of electronics. We give a maximum of 7 days after purchase to return electronics that don’t work with a receipt as long as they are in the condition they were purchased. This includes in-store and e-transfer purchases.

Does More Than a Fad pick up donations?

Yes! More Than a Fad will pick up large donations within a 15km radius of the store for FREE. Any pick-ups or deliveries outside of the 15km radius are $100. Please note that due to safety, staff and volunteers are not required to help load furniture out of your home. Please provide your own assistance.

Does More Than a Fad deliver furniture items?

Yes! More Than a Fad can deliver large pieces of furniture to your home within a 15km radius of the store for an additional charge of $75. Any pick-ups or deliveries outside of the 15km radius are $100. Please note that due to safety, staff and volunteers are not required to help load furniture into your home. Please provide your own assistance.

Are electronic items or home items tested before being sold?

All electronic and home appliances are tested before being sold, and will have a “Tested” sticker on the product.

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes, you can buy a physical gift card in-store for any amount.
